This project began with a breezeway. The homeowners wanted to remove the sidewalk and replace it with an enclosed laundry room. In the process, we rerouted their main kitchen entrance and access to their basement. Their garage went from being a detached garage to attached.

A favorite project. Our intrepid homeowner wanted to lift the front of their house and redo the front end of the home’s foundation. The home sits at the bottom confluence of three intersecting hills. A dry well and full french drain was included. After lifting the home 6+ inches, the eroded corners of the original rubble foundation were removed and replaced with crazy solid masonry. The foundation was waterproofed. We replaced the original water line in the process, and a period appropriate deck was added.
